The capital's popular mixology festival returns for its fifth year, running for ten days from Friday, October 6 to Sunday, October 15, with £5 cocktails available at 100 establishments across the city.
The return of Edinburgh Cocktail Week was a pleasure for drinkers in the capital.
The massive mixology festival is taking over the capital from Friday, October 6 to Sunday, October 15 and features several of the city's greatest establishments as well as a special Cocktail Village.
The annual event has teamed up with 100 of Edinburgh's top cocktail bars, speakeasies, and local pubs to offer a fantastic selection of £5 Signature Cocktails for attendees to enjoy.
So, to make sure you don't miss a single moment of this huge drinks event, we've put together a guide with everything you need to know.
What to expect...
The celebration includes 100 of Edinburgh's top bars, all of which will serve exquisite £5 Signature Cocktails, as well as a Cocktail Village (open daily from noon to 11 p.m.), where attendees can enjoy a variety of pop-up bars, food trucks, and live music.
How to gain access...
Customers only need to purchase one of the festival wristbands and present it at the bar when placing their order to have exclusive access to these cocktails.

Wristband options for 2023 are as below (inclusive of booking fees):
Weekend 1 - £10.00 (valid Friday 6th – Sunday 8th Oct)
Weekday - £8.00 (valid Monday 9th – Thursday 12th Oct)
Weekend 2- £10.00 (valid Friday 13th – Sunday 15th Oct)
Ten Day - £14.00 (valid Friday 6th – Sunday 15th Oct)
With a festival pass, visitors may enter the Cocktail Village for free, where 22 pop-up bars are serving fantastic drinks starting at £5.
Aperol Spritz, Grey Goose, Patron, Engine Gin, Tia Maria, Hoxton Spirits, Boe Gin, and Malibu are just a few of the premium, full-priced cocktails available at pop-up bars starting at $5. They also contain a lavish variety.
Additionally, there will be an excellent selection of street food from Duck & Waffle, Pizza Geeks, and Taberu Japanese Kitchen, as well as a live music stage with a jam-packed schedule of regional musicians and notable headliners, including a Spice Girl tribute band, to get the celebration started.

These are available at the Waldorf Astoria, Commons Club, El Cartel Roxburgh, Grand Café, Harrods Champagne Bar, Hey Palu, Lady Libertine, Nightcap, Panda & Sons, Superico, The Devil's Advocate and The Bon Vivant.
Moet & Chandon, would be highlighted during Edinburgh Cocktail Week.
